2. What are cookies and how are they being used?

You have the right to obtain information, free of charge, on the personally identifiable information stored about you. Under the statutory provisions you also have the right to demand that such personally identifiable information is corrected, blocked or deleted, unless this would be contrary to other provisions (e.g., record-keeping requirements).
